Low-protein PKU pasta

Special pasta intended for people with phenylketonuria (PKU), mainly children. This metabolic disorder requires a strict diet with minimal protein and phenylalanine intake to prevent damage to mental development. Low-protein pasta is also suitable for patients with kidney disease or in serious post-operative conditions when protein intake needs to be limited.
